Corporate Responsibility Leadership Program: Strategic Innovation for Competitive Advantage

The UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education and the UC Berkeley Center for Responsible Business will host a Corporate Responsiblity Leadership Program May 14-15, 2009. The program will provide two days of interactive instruction designed to strengthen senior executives’ efforts to integrate corporate responsibility into their business strategy.

SVT Group founder Sara Olsen will be leading sessions on impact management and how to measure social return on investment (SROI). The course will provide frameworks and illustrative case studies to show the way top companies use new management tools to reframe their products, operations, supply chains and strategies, and drive access to new markets, capital sources, and competitive advantages.
