Together, Golden Mean, Dr. Ayittey and SVT will ascertain what environmental and human quality of life value is driven by their investment over the next several years. Putting this impact management system in place is intended to improve quality assurance, reduce risk and surface the full value to investors. The deal is intended to return market rates to investors.
